Dental & Medical Aesthetics Practice Manager and Enrolled Nurse

Practice Manager Requirements:

Leadership and Management Skills:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and support staff.

Organizational and Administrative Skills:

• Exceptional organizational skills to balance clinical and administrative tasks.
• Competency in scheduling, record management, and coordinating patient appointments.

Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with both aesthetic medicine and dental industry standards.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.

Financial Literacy:

• Ability to manage budgets, oversee financial records, and analyze financial reports.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and tracking clinic expenses.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient and staff interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Attention to Detail:

• High level of accuracy in managing patient records, financial data, and inventory.
• Ability to ensure all procedures and treatments are properly documented and compliant.

Enrolled Nurse Requirements:

Nursing Credentials:

• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, ideally in aesthetic or dental care.

Clinical Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiarity with both aesthetic medicine and dental procedures.
• Ability to assist in a range of treatments and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Patient Care:

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Skilled in patient education and capable of explaining procedures and post-care instructions.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication skills for effective patient interactions and teamwork.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support staff.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

• Capability to prioritize clinical duties and manage time effectively.
• Competent in handling patient records, managing supplies, and maintaining equipment.
