What You’ll Do

As the link between forecasting, vendor planning, and sales delivery, you’ll play a critical role in aligning numbers with market reality. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will:

• Enable the sales team with accurate, cost-effective sales forecasts.
• Drive alignment with vendor planning and supply chain coordination teams.
• Engage suppliers to recover shortfalls in high-volume SKUs.
• Host monthly pre-validation meetings with TMMs and Channel Managers.
• Fix forecast errors and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and NPD impacts.
• Analyse sales data in JDA to recover lost sales and optimise demand.
• Present historical vs actuals, budget variance, and promotional forecast analysis.
• Maintain forecast data in JDA & SAP, including FC updates and uploads.
• Support account planning, fiscal forecasting, and shelf-life expiry prevention.
• Lead and manage monthly forecast cycles in support of business KPIs.
• Take ownership of your personal development and learning journey.

What We’re Looking For

• A 3-year tertiary qualification in Logistics (or similar).
• Solid experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
• Confidence using SAP and JDA to manage large datasets and forecasting models.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
