We are seeking an experienced delivery lead to manage IT teams responsible for the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development management and experience in leading technical teams.

Salary Range:

R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direction to and lead IT teams to ensure successful delivery of all product features and related tasks.
• Oversee ongoing efforts to increase efficiency, optimization, innovation, and people development within these environments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Tackle projects in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in software development management, including proven experience in leading a technical team.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
