Our client, a reputable, stable company based in Sasolburg (Vaal Triangle) has a vacancy for a person with the following:

Qualifications & Duties:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Debtors clerk
2. Must have Sage Evolution experience
3. Experience with Intercompany accounts
4. Financial qualification will be beneficial
5. Fast learner
6. Must be able to work unsupervised
7. Must be able to handle high volume of work
8. Must be able to work overtime when required

Experience:

1. At least 5 years in a Debtors Environment
2. Must be able to work alone and within a team environment

Responsibilities:

1. Checking data and capturing of Debtors Invoices
2. Checking data and capturing of Intercompany Invoices
3. Capturing of deposits received
4. Liaising with Debtors regarding outstanding payments
5. Resolving of Queries
6. Intercompany confirmations
7. Filing
