Job description

Our client is looking for a meticulous, accurate, organized, and trustworthy Debriefing Manager to manage their debriefing department. You will be debriefing local and cross-border manifests and reconciling budgets.

You will need strategic planning skills to develop and implement the department's short-term and long-term goals.

SUMMARY:

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12
  2. Diploma / Degree in Business Management or related field
  3. 4 years experience as a Debriefing Manager
  4. Computer literate (MS Office)
  5. Own transport (Non-negotiable)

POSITION INFO:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the debriefing department
  • Debrief local and cross-border manifests and reconcile budgets
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the department's short-term and long-term goals
  • Determine department goals and KPIs
  • Collect cash returns and pay in at Cash Office / Control Room
  • Assist in driver queries and manifest discrepancies
  • Operate at a high performance level and instill a high-performance culture in subordinates
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff
  • Prepare monthly reports and present to the General Manager
