Debriefing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the debriefing department
Debrief Local and Cross Border manifests and reconcile budgets
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the department's short-term and long-term goals
Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
Manage driver trip payments process
Monitor budgeting expenses
Operate at a high-performance level and install a high-performance culture in subordinates
Conduct performance evaluations for staff
Prepare monthly reports and present to the General Manager
Determine department goals and KPIs
Collect Cash Returns and pay in at Cash Office / Control Room
Assist in driver queries and manifest discrepancies
Handle filing and general administrative duties
Extract outstanding Debriefing Reports from the System and liaise with Operations
Assist with operations admin / refunds & amendments
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Minimum of a diploma/degree in business management or similar
Computer literacy (MS Office / Company system)
Meticulous, accurate, and attention to detail
Numeric skills
Organized, deadline-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
Trustworthy
Team player
Must be able to work weekends when necessary
Must be able to work extended hours when required
Own transport
