Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Source and sign-up new dealerships.
  2. Service existing dealerships by building long-term relationships and assisting them with getting the best stock.
  3. Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Liaise with multiple departments effectively to get the correct information to clients.
  5. Ensure that administrative duties are accurate and timely.
  6. Solve complex problems through teamwork and creativity.
  7. Ensure that all company guidelines are followed by clients.
  8. Work together in a team to reach targets.
  9. Ensure individual targets are met daily as set out by management.
  10. Ensure that excellent customer service is given to each client to maintain high CSI ratings.
  11. Follow company communication and administrative procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in retentions/customer service/sales.
  2. Excellent administration skills.
  3. Excellent negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work in a team and independently.
  5. Problem-solving abilities.
  6. Must work well under pressure.
  7. A clear and friendly telephone voice.
  8. A target-driven attitude.
  9. Must have own reliable transport.
  10. Successful candidates must be available to take calls and work remotely outside office hours.
  11. Grade 12 Certificate or similar minimum qualification a requirement.
