De Beers Group invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Engineering Learnership Programme 2025.
De Beers Group is now accepting applications for its 2025 Engineering Learnerships based in Musina, Limpopo.
This structured MQA-registered programme offers hands-on training and the chance to qualify as an Artisan while gaining experience at Venetia Mine and De Beers’ accredited training centre in Randfontein.
Applications close on 4 April 2025.

Minimum Requirements (Per Trade)
All applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics
- Relevant N2 subjects depending on the trade:
Plating:
- N2 Platers Trade Theory
- N2 Structural Steel Drawings
- N2 Mechanician Theory
Electrical:
- N2 Electrical Trade Theory
- N2 Engineering Drawings
- N2 Fitting & Machine Theory
- N2 Engineering Drawing
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to Randfontein for training
- Valid Red Ticket (Medical Fitness Certificate)
- Clean SAPS criminal record check
- Pass psychometric and technical assessments
- Must reside in the Venetia Mine labour-sending areas (Musina, Blouberg, Alldays)
- Limpopo-based applicants only will be considered
