Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis.
2. Data Analysis: Assist in conducting data analysis using statistical methods, data visualisation tools, and data analysis software. Summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
3. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders. Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for visualization.
4. Report Generation: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key metrics and findings to the team, clients and management. Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
5. Data Quality Assurance: Help maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Transformation Consultants, Executives, Senior Consultants and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
7. Research and Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in data analytics techniques and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma / National Certificate in Data Analytics or similar (complete or still studying and requiring workplace experience).
2. 1 year experience in similar role advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of Mathematics, Data Analysis & Research Methodologies.
4. Knowledge and experience with visualization and analytics tools and software such as PowerBI, Excel etc.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data accuracy & integrity.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
8. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
9. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
10. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies in the field of data analysis.
