We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team at one of the leading Banks in the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of financial data to support our business operations and drive data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data related to the bank's financial operations.
2. Develop insights and recommendations to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis and insights.
4. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
5. Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business strategy and decision making.
6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
3. Payment experience.
4. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and visualization.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner.
