We are seeking an experienced Business and Data Analyst to extract, analyze, and transform financial and production data into meaningful reports and tools that drive strategic business decisions. You'll collaborate with all departments to design, create, maintain and monitor reports and tools.

• Stock take area sheets
• Stock layout
• Calculating the stock tons
• Calculating the stock valuation
• Daily stock tracking tools and templates
• Min/Max levels calculations and tool
• Assistance with product specs and QA
• Stock code and Product class management
• Product type mass calculations
• Wire and product database
• QA Check tools
• Cost modeling
• Product class costing for sales analysis and stock valuation
• Cost modeling of Galvanizing Plant
• Cost modeling of Coater Plant
• Sales team tools
• Sales rep monthly sales tracking
• Quoting Tool
• Pricing Master Database
• HR Assistance
• Absenteeism tracking tool
• Timekeeping tool

Competencies

• 3-5 years in a data or business analyst role

Strong Excel proficiency, including VBA.
Solid grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and data visualization.
Experience working with large datasets, cleaning data, and optimizing reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
