About the Role:

We are looking for a High-Volume Recruiter with experience in the BPO industry to help us scale our customer support team across LATAM. This role is focused on screening, organizing, and nurturing a pipeline of 100-200 candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly respond to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone.
  • Resolve customer issues, questions, or concerns promptly and with empathy.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at a C1-C2 level.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • College degree in communication, marketing, languages, or similar (preferred).
  • A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet office space.
  • Customer-obsessed with a track record of going above and beyond for the customer.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in the BPO industry (preferred).

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (US time-zone to be determined).
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
