About The Role

We're seeking a technical Customer Success Manager for a growing team to drive AI-powered content strategies for enterprise clients. You’ll oversee AI workflow deployments, work closely with technical teams, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance. Exceptional spoken English is a must.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand goals and tailor AI content solutions.
  2. Workflow Management: Oversee deployment schedules and ensure timely, consistent delivery of AI-driven workflows.
  3. Technical Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable workflows, utilizing SQL and Python to analyze and optimize performance.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (organic traffic, CTR, revenue) and refine strategies based on data insights.
  5. Client Enablement: Train and support clients, troubleshooting issues and streamlining processes.

Qualifications

  1. 6+ years managing software deployments and implementations, from onboarding to expansion.
  2. 3+ years working with enterprise customers on SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
  3. Proficiency in SQL, JAVA or Python is required.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  5. Excellent spoken English, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
  6. Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
