As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to helping clients maximise their experience with their products.

Your role will involve supporting the Customer Success Team, assisting with onboarding, campaign execution, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless client interactions.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and eager to develop a career in customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  2. Support customer setup, training, and initial adoption of our software solutions.
  3. Assist clients with campaign execution as needed.
  4. Maintain and organize customer data for accuracy and accessibility.
  5. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings.
  6. Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to deliver top-tier client support.
  7. Prepare reports and insights to enhance client experience and engagement.
  8. Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies to improve customer success processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (highly advantageous).
  2. Minimum of two years of customer success experience within a SaaS environment (or one year with highly relevant experience).
  3. Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with software solutions.
  4. Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and ClickUp.
  6. Customer success experience within marketing technology.
  7. Experience in marketing, particularly retail or direct marketing.
