Customer Service Specialist

Earn profit-share in this exciting role handling estimates, client services as well as forwarding within freight and logistics. Our client is an international NVOCC and they are on the hunt for a driven, eager and vibrant Customer Service Specialist to handle estimates, forwarding in terms of operations as well as customer service.

You may be required to meet clients with the relative Sales Executive within this role.

Duties

• Communicate with the Sales Executive to meet customer requirements.
• Solve customer queries and issues.
• Complete estimates.
• Handle files from a forwarding perspective only.
• Complete RFQ's.
• Distribute import tariffs to your customer base.
• Distribute market updates to your customer base.
  
  

• Matric.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role within freight and logistics (seafreight).
