Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and issues via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages promptly and courteously.
- Provide tailored guidance to customers on utilizing our products/services effectively, aligning with their unique requirements and preferences.
- Serve as a reliable product expert, delivering accurate and strategic information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)
- E-commerce experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personally owned laptop/computer with a working camera, minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speed
