Job Description:

As a Customer Service Sales Demo Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and conducting compelling product demonstrations to drive sales. This role combines customer service expertise with sales acumen to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
    - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
    - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers at all times.
    - Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
    - Keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  2. Sales:
    - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
    - Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  3. Product Demonstrations:
    - Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations in-person and virtually.
    - Highlight key features and benefits of products to prospective customers.
    - Address questions and concerns during demonstrations to build customer confidence.
    - Gather feedback from demos to improve future presentations.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    - Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing customer feedback.
    - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
    - Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations or presentations.
  • Knowledge of ERP Software Systems.
