RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
• Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
• Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal).
• 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
• Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented and flexible.

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

• Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
• A backup internet (10 Mbps) connection is required upon hiring.
