Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative with Global Policy Ltd, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing an outstanding experience to our clients. Your primary role will be to assist with inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide support to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries and issues
- Assist clients with questions regarding their policies, regulations, and services provided by Global Policy Ltd
- Research and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding their accounts and services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate teams
- Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions and update client profiles as needed
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on company policies and procedures and any changes in global regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
