The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing foreign exchange transactions in an accurate and professional manner. They are required to carry out these transactions in a legally compliant way by checking the integrity of the documents provided and identifying potential fraudulent documents.
Internal liaison takes place with the branch staff, while external liaison is conducted with external customers.
