  • Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system accurately.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management on process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant digital tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
