CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT : GERMAN SPEAKING

1. Previous working experience as an IT Technician is essential
2. Basic networking and understanding of TCP / IP concepts
3. The minimum of an A+ or N+ certificate (or similar) will be essential
4. Candidate must be a problem solver and have attention to details
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
7. Knowledge of security and data privacy principles will be advantageous but not essential
8. Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks within the Windows-based environment
9. Must be able to cope with pressure situations
10. Candidate must be able to follow instructions and report tasks from beginning to completion
11. Experience with online platforms such as Office 365 will be advantageous but not essential
12. This role requires the candidate to take an ordered and structured approach to daily tasks
