We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Status professional property practitioner to join our team at Florio Attorneys Inc. In this unique role, you will collaborate closely with our legal professionals to facilitate property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, managing property processes, and guiding clients seamlessly through every stage of their real estate journey, with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Duties :

Proactively generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and targeted marketing efforts.

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify property market trends and opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports for prospective clients.

Assist clients with all aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties.

Organize and conduct property viewings, show houses, and open houses.

Oversee property marketing initiatives, including photo shoots and home staging, and arrange for professional photography when required.

Complete all relevant mandates, supporting documents, and Offer to Purchase agreements accurately and efficiently.

Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth property transactions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Provide expert price counselling to clients based on market data and trends.

Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.

Address property related queries proactively and always provide exceptional customer service.

Accurately capture and update client and transaction data on the CRM system and internal sales spreadsheet.

Develop tailored marketing plans for each property based on market data and analysis.

Monitor ongoing sales processes and consult with all stakeholders, including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other real estate professionals.

Consistently work toward achieving sales goals and collaborate effectively with team members.

Generate and provide detailed weekly sales and marketing status reports.

Qualifications :

NQF Level 4 or higher in Real Estate.

Valid PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).

Commitment to maintaining up-to-date Continued Professional Development (CPD) points annually.

Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Practitioner.

Possession of a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation (mandatory).

Outstanding listening, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in technology and computer systems, with a strong aptitude for learning new tools.

Excellent administrative skills and keen attention to detail.

Proven experience with systems and the ability to adhere to established processes.

Empathetic, approachable, and professional, with a strong sense of accountability.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to adapt and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Working knowledge of Lightstone (advantageous).

Familiarity with The Virtual Agent platform (advantageous).

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively.

In-depth understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
