Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and organizational quality standards
• Continuously improve internal processes and procedures

Finance :

• Achieve annual sales budget targets and manage profit margins
• Optimize pricing, protect company assets, and minimize waste

Customer Relations :

• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels
• Develop and manage relationships to meet business objectives
• Implement a proactive customer engagement strategy
• Provide input into the sales strategy and align with the overall business plan
• Manage distributor relationships and drive growth plans
• Oversee sales agents and ensure achievement of regional targets
• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a food / industrial sales environment
• Strong understanding of customer service, sales operations, and account management
