Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Computer literate
5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
Clear Criminal Record
Traceable track reference in similar capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate and solve queries and complaints
Disseminate marketing material, advertisements, and business notices on an ongoing basis
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets
Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
Deal with Key Accounts like Shoprite, Spar, etc.
Plan and direct the hiring and training of new and current Customer Managers
Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally
Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures
Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
Implement Sales mandates in specific region/price groups
Advise distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
