Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Reception Duties :
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Customer Service & Support :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Administrative & Franchise Compliance Support :
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensure all franchise agreements, legal documents, and statutory requirements are up to date and properly filed.
Coordinate the submission of franchise applications, renewals, and compliance reports.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal departments to ensure franchise compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
What We're Looking For :
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
Minimum of 5 years experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of franchise operations is a plus.
