Job description
Reference: 10156 MLR Consultant: Michellele RouxJob Description:
  • Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc.
  • General assistance – counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc.
  • Attention to detail and close communication with Sales Manager/Technical Advisor with regards to pricing related to East Africa.
  • Ability to work on strict turnaround times with regards to customer feedback.
  • Ability to be proactive with all relevant internal departments to offer products either due to out of stocks or alternative options.
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
  • Excellent telephonic skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • SADC experience.
  • 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience and understanding of shipping into Africa and documentation requirements.
  • SADC or East Africa experience.
  • SAP working knowledge.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment.
