Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer relationship-building management
2. Provide customers with product and service information
3. Problem-solving tasks during shift
4. Handle and take full responsibility for customer-related queries

2. Must have a mechanical background in vehicles

Further Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care environment
3. Technical/mechanical background advantageous
4. Previous motor industry experience
