YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

We are looking for a Customer Care representative in 7 Warrington Road, Claremont, CT, Western Cape 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:

Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate related technical support activities for clients, ensuring best-in-class service to the clients of Merieux NutriSciences range of services.

A general knowledge of food testing methods and scientific processes, obtained from a minimum diploma in Microbiology (or similar), Food Science/Tech, or Chemistry is required. Practical experience in a commercial laboratory will be an advantage. You will act as the liaison between the lab and assigned clients to provide seamless service.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Working hours will include shift work: 08:00 am - 16:30 pm and 09:00 am - 17:30 pm.
