What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

You’ll be within our Analytics team, in a hybrid position between our office and working from home. You will be responsible for building new reporting in Power BI for the operations team, which will support with the day-to-day management of your campaigns. You will work with stakeholders to spot patterns and trends, highlight issues, and make recommendations for improvements based on these.

You will confidently use a range of tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce complex dashboards and reports, ensuring they are easy to use and understand. You will present findings to senior management and ensure the continuous improvement of all KPIs. Experience running workshops and working with business stakeholders to devise appropriate reporting and dashboard formats is required. You have experience in working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the wider business objectives and how quality data solutions can make a positive impact.

You will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining the company's CRM system. This includes collecting and analyzing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, ensuring data integrity, and making recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the company's CRM (Salesforce, ORCA, and Zeal) and Collections strategies. You will also identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation. You will facilitate support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM's functionality and quality.

Minimum requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in the capacity of a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst role.
  • Proven record of delivering improvements.
  • Advanced Excel (essential).
  • SQL and Power BI experience (essential).
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with presenting to Senior Management.
  • Enhancing the business's reporting capabilities.
  • Analyzing data and providing key insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enable the business to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record working with CRM and collections data.
