THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and career-minded Security Professional (CPO/Tactical Response) to further your career in the fast-growing private security industry, specialising in crisis management and hostage negotiation. You will gain invaluable experience under the guidance of senior consultants, be exposed to real-world scenarios, and receive hands-on training to develop essential skills that will enable you to handle high-risk situations with professionalism, empathy, critical- and strategic thinking.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Kidnapping & Incident Management: Work closely with senior consultants, observing and assisting during all stages of kidnapping and incident management, from initial assessment to resolution.
- Case Documentation: Organise and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on global kidnapping trends and best practices in crisis management to support decision-making.
- Client Communication: Assist in liaising with clients, government agencies, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the crisis management process.
- Participating in Training Exercises: Participate in simulated exercises and training sessions to hone your negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development, attending workshops and training programs to enhance your understanding of crisis management principles.
