Creditors Controller

A leading, privately-owned Property Investment and Management Group is on the lookout for an experienced Creditors Administrator to join their dynamic Finance Team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the full Creditors function - from invoice processing through to reconciliations and payments - all within a fast-paced, Property-focused environment. Experience using MDA, MRI or Nicor system is essential to hit the ground running.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Full-function accounts payable processing
2. Invoice matching, batching, and coding on MDA
3. Supplier statement reconciliations
4. Ensure intercompany charges reconcile and are posted correctly
5. Payment processing and handling supplier queries
6. Import bank statements into MDA daily
7. Allocate expenses from bank statements to correct supplier accounts
8. Month-end support and general finance admin
9. Liaising with property managers and internal teams

Requirements:

1. Experience with MDA, MRI or Nicor system is essential
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment
3. A relevant Finance Qualification
