Creditors Clerk | Managed People Solutions | Midrand | Gauteng

Managed People Solutions is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Creditors Clerk on behalf of our client in the Liquor industry, located in Midrand, Gauteng on a Fixed-Term basis. This opportunity is with one of the largest independent producers and distributors of wine and spirits. If you have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing, reconciliation and payment of creditors and liaison with the responsible parties.
• Performing payments via electronic funds transfers, i.e. loading payments on banking profile and keeping suppliers bank details updated.
• Processing of Staff expense claims.
• Processing of general ledger journals where necessary.
• Invoicing of spend back to various suppliers and recoveries of certain costs, attaching supporting documentation and collection of the debt, managing of various suppliers marketing budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric and relevant certificate in Bookkeeping or Finance will be advantageous.
• At least 5 years Creditors/bookkeeping experience.
• Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and SAP.
