Our client, a reputable, stable company based in Sasolburg (Vaal Triangle), has a vacancy for a person with the following qualifications and duties:

Qualifications & Duties:

1. Must have 5 years experience as a Creditors Clerk
2. Must have Sage Evolution experience
3. Must be able to work alone and within a team environment
4. Fast learner
5. Must be able to work unsupervised
6. Must be able to handle high volume of work
7. Must be able to work overtime when required

Responsibilities:

1. Checking and capturing of Creditors Invoices
2. Reconciliation of Statements
3. Payment projections
4. Cashbook/Ad-hoc creditors
5. Liaising with Suppliers regarding outstanding invoices/statements/queries
6. Intercompany accounts & confirmations
7. Updating of BBBEE information
8. Filing
