Creditors Clerk

Your Mining or Construction industry experience will be a definite advantage.

POSITION INFO :

• Grade 12 with Maths
• 5 years Creditors experience in the Mining or Construction industry essential
• Valid Drivers Licence with own transport
• Immediate availability will be a definite advantage.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for large book values (Head Office and Sites)
• Processing of Creditors invoices and Provisional Creditors (matching and batching)
• Creditors maintenance on Accounting and Banking systems
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Preparation of payments
• Maintenance of order list and liaising with Buying department
• Process Creditors payments into the Cashbook
• Capture supplier BEE Certificates onto the in-house system
• Filing of all documents (manual and electronic)
