Salary and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is R12k - R15k per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
• The company also offers a provident fund scheme, which is a compulsory retirement savings plan for employees.
• The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The main duties of the creditors clerk include processing supplier invoices, reconciling daily sales and banking, reconciling supplier recons, filing and administration, and processing payments on online banking.
• The creditors clerk will report to the financial manager and work closely with the sales and operations teams.
• The creditors clerk will also be responsible for data capturing and supplier reconciliations.
• Loading of payments and banking.
