We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Credit MIS Specialist and IT systems project manager, with both roles being fulfilled by one person. The Credit MIS Specialist is required to independently manage the entire MIS process for a non-profit organization that provides Management Information Systems (MIS) on behalf of the banking industry. The ideal candidate must have extensive IT experience, strong business analysis and MIS skills, and the ability to work with a limited internal IT support structure.
This role involves collaborating with senior members from various member banks and managing complex data collection, analysis, extraction, transformation, loading and presentation processes. For the role of the IT Systems Project Manager, we are looking for an experienced and highly capable project manager to oversee a complex, cloud-based IT system that serves as an essential tool for the credit industry. This system is critical to the industry's debt review process and is governed by regulations and industry agreements, including but not limited to the National Credit Act. The project manager must be able to manage the entire system development life cycle, including the service providers involved and the business stakeholders.
They must possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of relational databases, and an affinity for statistics and mathematics. The ideal candidate will effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including banks, non-banking Credit Providers, regulators, government bodies, and private sector organisations.
The MIS Specialist and IT Systems Project Manager resource will report to Head: Market Conduct.
Hybrid working model (mix of onsite and offsite) will apply. May be required to work weekends or evenings or priority MIS projects.
