Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Collect and allocate customer remittances daily
2. Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure collections
3. Reconcile and clear cash accounts daily
4. Resolve invoice payment issues and reconcile month-end accounts
5. Report outstanding issues and debtor risks to management
6. Ensure compliance with credit and collection policies
7. Handle customer queries and portal administration
8. Review credit applications before submission

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric+
2. 5 years experience in credit
3. Credit knowledge and background: NCA, FICA, POPI
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
