Location : The Parks side of Randburg
Work model : Fully in-office
Salary : R35 - R45 CTC

Our client is an innovative global media company specialising in creating dynamic content for brands, teams, events, streamers, broadcasters, and rights holders.

Their goal is to lead the way in sports media, providing comprehensive insights into sports, entertainment, and sports betting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership and Management: Our client requires an experienced professional to oversee the workflow of all creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Acting as the primary liaison: This role will coordinate efforts and ensure smooth project execution between the creative team and other departments.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution: Working closely with the Creative Director, COO, and Head of Product to establish schedules and timelines for deliverables.
  4. Creative Process Oversight: Reviewing and approving creative briefs to ensure completeness and accuracy, and allocating resources effectively.
  5. Team Coordination and Support: Regular check-ins with the creative team to ensure proper resourcing and progress on projects.
  6. Process Improvement: Taking ownership of creative department processes, continuously seeking and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Budget Management: Managing project budgets and reporting to the project finance manager.
  8. Studio Scheduling: Overseeing and managing all resource scheduling across the business after SA20 is complete.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Project Management Expertise: A qualification in project management is essential.
  2. Budget Management & Excel Proficiency: Experience in building budgets and managing costs effectively, with strong proficiency in Excel.
  3. Leadership & Organisation: Strong leadership skills with the ability to organise, prioritise, and oversee multiple projects and teams.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic plans for creative projects, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions.
  5. Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills to coordinate effectively between teams.
  6. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is essential.
  7. Resource Management: Proven ability in resource planning and budget management.
  8. Adaptability & Proactivity: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
