About the Role

At Lumico, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We need a leader who doesn't just push pixels and pen punchlines—but someone who drives powerful brand stories, stunning visuals, and innovative campaigns across ATL and digital platforms.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and inspire our copywriting and design teams to produce world-class creative work.
2. Craft compelling brand narratives, visuals, and strategic campaigns that stand out.
3. Work closely with strategy, media buying, and production to bring campaigns to life.
4. Own the creative process—from brainstorming big ideas to ensuring final execution is flawless.
5. Mentor and grow a team of talented creatives, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
6. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, tech, and storytelling methods.
7. Be client-facing, pitching and presenting creative work with confidence.

What We're Looking For

1. 3+ years in a creative leadership role.
2. Expertise in either copywriting or graphic design (both? Even better!)
3. A deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and advertising.
4. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools, and Meta Business Suite.
5. A high EQ, strong leadership skills, and a knack for building team culture.
6. Someone who believes in the power of bold ideas and data-driven storytelling.
