Job description

A well-established dealership on the West Rand is looking for a Costing Clerk to join their dynamic team ASAP on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately process job cards and ensure correct costing of repairs and services.
  2. Verify parts, labor, and other costs against invoices and work orders.
  3. Liaise with the workshop, service advisors, and accounts department to ensure smooth workflow.
  4. Handle warranty claims and follow up on approvals.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Costing Clerk in a dealership environment.
  2. Knowledge of warranty processes and job card processing.
  3. Strong numerical and administrative skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in relevant dealership systems and software.
