Are you an experienced Management Accountant with expertise in internal auditing and cost management? Do you have a passion for the construction industry and a drive for financial excellence? Join our Finance Department and make an impact!

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
2. Identify and mitigate risks, improving internal controls and processes.
3. Develop and maintain cost accounting systems for project monitoring.
4. Analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and provide actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets and optimize costs.
6. Extensive travelling (50% of the job) to construction projects (National) will be required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CIMA/CA(SA) is a plus).
2. Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with Construction Industry exposure preferred.
3. Skills: Advanced in financial software, MS Excel, and financial analysis.
