For one of our clients, we are looking for a Regional HR Manager - EMEA, remotely from EMEA.

As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading HR operations across the EMEA region. You'll manage a team of HR professionals and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes like talent development, performance assessments, and employee engagement. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide strategic advice while maintaining a hands-on approach to HR operations. Your role will involve managing complex employee relations issues, coaching people managers, and ensuring HR practices align with company goals. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making and your understanding of employment law will be crucial in fostering a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive HR environment.

Accountabilities:

  1. Lead and scale the regional HR team, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.
  2. Deliver accurate and compliant HR operations with a focus on the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management.
  3. Partner with senior management to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Manage key HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, and performance assessments to ensure high team performance.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams like Talent Science and Workplace Engineering to implement HR strategies.
  6. Coach and advise people managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with EMEA labor laws.

Requirements:

  1. Proven HR leadership experience, particularly in technology companies or remote-first organizations.
  2. Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach to day-to-day HR operations.
  3. Experience in business partnering and working with senior stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment law across EMEA.
  5. Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize HR operations.
  6. Fluent in business English (both written and spoken).
  7. Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
