Corp Mem Systems Analyst/Designer

To design and develop comprehensive end-to-end and macro-level solutions within the existing architecture framework, ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements. This role involves providing expert consulting services to identify and implement effective solutions tailored to diverse business needs. The position is dynamic, encompassing 50% development and coding tasks, 25% design and architecture responsibilities, and includes maintaining the platform/solution environment and providing end-user support.

1. Make and validate recommendations based on cost and usability (feasibility).
2. Deliver work products according to the agreed timelines and within agreed budget.
3. Deliver proof of concepts to customers and obtain the necessary sign-off.
4. Communicate new features to stakeholders through forums.
5. Engage business stakeholders as per stakeholder lists as well as senior programmers, architecture delivering hardware, software and firmware support across domains (including production environments).
6. Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy).
7. Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.
8. Participate in research that will enable recommendations related to system software.
9. Advise and make recommendations on what kind of software and availability will be required (medium to high projects).
10. Full stack software development (DotNet, DotNet Core, C#).
11. CICD with repository.
12. Issue resolution.
13. Advanced data and structure management in MS SQL.
14. Advanced web application management.
15. Building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reporting.

• 5 to 7 years of full stack developer experience, with 3 years of analysis and design.

• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.
• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.

• Information Technology.
• Computer Science.

• Advanced Certification in relevant technologies where available.

• Full stack software development (DotNet, DotNet Core, C#).
• CICD with repository.
• Issue resolution.
• Advanced data and structure management in MS SQL.
• Advanced web application management.
• Building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reporting.

• Principles of project management.
• Relevant design tools.
• Relevant regulatory knowledge.
• Relevant software and systems knowledge.
• Research methodology.
• Role relevant related technologies.
• System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Systems Analysis and design.
• Technical System Interfaces.
• Testing principles and processes.
