Meeting Management and Minute Taking for internal governance committees such as Executive Management Committee and Senior and Executive Management Planning Committee.
Managing the planning and coordination of Executive Management Committee and Senior and Executive Management Planning Committee in line with the Annual Governance Calendars.
Provision of Secretarial services, administration, coordination, and logistical services to the Executive Management Committee (EMC) and Senior and Executive Management Planning Committee (SEMPCO).
Setting of Agendas, Minute taking, Recording meeting decisions, and circulation of resolutions, actions, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Three Years' National Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
Five years' experience in Office Administration Management at senior level.
Experience in meeting management and minute taking.
