Specific Role Responsibilities

1. Picking all types of orders from the system
2. Picking according to the order cut-off times
3. Create KPI's for all Picking staff
4. Monitoring the incorrect picks
5. Maintaining disciplines in the workplace
6. Checking for aged picking slips in the system
7. Ensure that all activities are performed as per the Standard Operating Procedures and that all non-conformances are tracked and measured accordingly
8. Making sure that the Picking/Packing/Checking and Invoicing is up to date

Qualifications And Experience

1. Matric
2. 2-3 years training in a similar position
3. Supervisor experience
4. Problem-solving and sound knowledge of continuous improvement concepts
