Job Description

Purpose
To deliver customer liaison and controller support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities

GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS

PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE

1. Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement.
2. Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
3. Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
4. Record and report on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
5. Ensure all stock is managed in accordance with company/OEM/Importer policies.
6. Ensure key control according to company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure PDI has been conducted before delivery to client.
8. Ensure that all documentation is processed accurately and correctly.
9. Provide effective risk management during the receiving and movement of stock.
10. Receive stock, quality check and process stock on system.
11. Source stock according to requirements and ensure timeous availability.

FINANCE

1. Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance and profitability.
2. Process invoice transactions accurately and timeously.

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualification
Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04

Minimum Experience
2-3 years experience in a similar environment

Skills and Personal Attributes

Minimum Requirements

1. Computer Literacy Proficient.
2. Industry legislative compliance/knowledge.
3. Knowledge of automotive parts and warehouse environment.
4. Valid driver's license.
