Contracts Manager

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Roads & Earthworks Contracts Manager to oversee and manage complex road and earthworks projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all contractual aspects of road and earthworks projects from inception to completion.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
5. Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
7. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
8. Administer and manage all contractual documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. SACPCMP registration as a Construction Project Manager or Construction Manager (essential).
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale road and earthworks projects.
4. 9+ years' experience.
5. Extensive knowledge of contract administration, project management principles, and construction methodologies.
6. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
7. Valid driver's license.
