Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to make an impact in the construction and renewable energy sectors? We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee contract administration, cost management, and project execution, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with JBCC, FIDIC, and EPC contracts.

This role requires strong leadership in managing budgets, timelines, risk, and supplier relationships while driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management – Negotiate, manage, and ensure compliance with contracts, handling variations and legal processes.
2. Sub-contractor & Claims Management – Oversee sub-contractor relationships, vet claims, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
3. Supplier Agreements – Draft and negotiate supplier agreements, ensuring compliance, performance, and timely deliveries.
4. Project & Cost Control – Develop and monitor project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Procurement & Supplier Coordination – Source materials, manage supplier performance, and drive cost efficiencies.
6. Project Execution & Risk Management – Lead teams, oversee quality, mitigate risks, and ensure site production aligns with schedules.
7. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting – Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and management while compiling project reports and performance reviews.
8. Training & Development – Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional growth within the team.

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience in project management, quantity surveying, or a related role.
2. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction / Project Management, or similar.
3. Strong knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, and EPC contracts, cost control, procurement, and compliance.
4. Experience in Solar PV & electrical projects (advantageous).
5. Proven leadership in financial management, risk assessment, and project delivery.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel & project management software.
