This role is responsible to ensure a legal framework of rules, relationships, systems and processes facilitating the mitigation of all risks faced by the organization. To ensure compliance to business processes, procedures, governance, and laws applicable in the jurisdictions of the various Copper Business Units are always adhered to.
Minimum : NQF 7 qualification in Law
Advantageous : NQF 8 qualification in Law
